Jet’aime Luciano is a registered nurse, experiential education facilitator, and former combat medic with over 20 years experience inside high-stress care systems. Her work supports caregivers who are exhausted, overwhelmed, or disconnected — because the nervous system is purposefully driven outside normal limits. We need tools for complex to rebuild a sustainable system and renew our empathic service.
This work bridges clinical science with embodied practice, offering practical tools that restore regulation, responsiveness, and dignity beyond the bedside.

Rewire Bedside Fatigue™ is an 8-week, evidence-informed curriculum designed for healthcare professionals experiencing burnout, moral injury, and chronic stress exposure.

Rather than depleting a workforce through exhaustion, this program uses the internal impact of caring as foundation for a different praxis. Through experiential learning, nervous system education, and somatic tools, participants learn how to de-escalate stress, rebuild capacity, and render care with clarity and sustainability. Continuing education available.

This program is designed for healthcare workers impacted by the dysfunctional and normalized healthcare system. This includes nurses, doctors, therapists, techs, assistants, caregivers - all bedside staff.
